PJ's journey began with exceptional experiences scaling a business and undergoing a four-year mentorship under his father's guidance. During this transformative period, PJ built relationships with national executives in the industry and directly collaborated with national and publicly traded home builders. These invaluable experiences, coupled with PJ's oversight of $400,000,000 in loans funded and involvement in 1500 transactions, alongside his prior work on a $17,000,000 development project with a regional leader in commercial property management, ignited the vision for Crescenzo Capital. Inspired by a commitment to forward-thinking entrepreneurialism and a passion for simplifying the capital connection process, Crescenzo Capital embodies a vision that honors capitalism while empowering investors and entrepreneurs to realize their project goals.
